Groundbreaking for I-81 Viaduct Reconstruction Project

The groundbreaking for the I-81 Viaduct Reconstruction project took place on July 21st. Watts is proud to be part of this monumental New York State Department of Transportation project. It's been ten years in the making with a $2+ BILLION budget.

Watts has been involved with the project from the start and our scope to date includes air quality studies, asbestos consulting services, hazardous waste/contaminated materials survey, noise analysis, existing street lighting analysis design, and demolition design (bridge and building).
