  • Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design.
  • Strong computer aptitude to include knowledge of CADD & Revit systems.

Commissioning Agent (Syracuse Office)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering or engineering technology program.
  • Manage commissioning schedule and witness functional performance testing.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the commissioning manager in the Syracuse office.
  • Occasional travel to job sites to attend meetings, perform construction inspections, and witness functional performance testing.
  • The ability to work remotely in the field and in a satellite office.

Civil Engineer (New York City)

  • Strong technical capabilities & experience in the design of public works projects in NYC area. 
  • Minimum 6 years experience in the design, management and leadership of civil-infrastructure projects involving storm water and sanitary sewer collection systems; water distribution systems; roadways, and pavements.  Experience in the design and rehabilitation of aviation civil-infrastructure is also desirable. 
  • Working knowledge of design codes and standards such as AASHTO, AISC, PCA and FAA circulars 
  • Registered Professional Engineer in NY or NJ
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office software

 Project Level Environmental Consultant (Syracuse Office)

  • Experienced NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector and Designer. 
  • Engineering, Environmental, or Science related degree preferred, however, would consider person with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be comfortable interpreting NYS ICR 56 and other applicable regulations.
  • Individual must be independent, energetic, personable, highly motivated, and have solid technical, computer and organizational skills and the ability to work remotely in a satellite office.

  • Experienced NYC Asbestos Investigator and NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector and Designer. 
  • Engineering, Environmental, or Science related degree preferred, however, would consider person with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have knowledge of NYCDEP ACP forms and requirements.
  • Must be comfortable interpreting NYCDEP, NYS ICR 56 and other applicable regulations.

Electrical Engineer (Buffalo)

  • Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Knowledge and working understanding of AutoCAD.
  • 5+ years of experience in the design of building systems including electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm and communication systems for health care facilities, schools, and residential buildings. Prior consulting experience preferred.
