Marketing - Proposal Coordinator

Watts currently has an opening in our Marketing Department for a Proposal Coordinator in our Buffalo office.  The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Strong background in graphics & graphic design (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop at a minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in collaborative office environment or have 4-year degree in Communications or Marketing

Resident Inspector/construction monitor

Watts currently has an opening for a Resident Inspector/Construction Monitor in our Buffalo office.  The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of building construction including site work, foundations, structural, HVAC, fire & plumbing protection
  • 5 – 10 years of related experience
  • Be skilled in standard software applications
  • Experience in compliance with building codes, ordinances and the contract requirements
