Project Level Environmental Consultant (New York City)

  • Experienced NYC Asbestos Investigator and NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector and Designer. 
  • Engineering, Environmental, or Science related degree preferred, however, would consider person with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have knowledge of NYCDEP ACP forms and requirements.
  • Must be comfortable interpreting NYCDEP, NYS ICR 56 and other applicable regulations.
  • Individual must be independent, energetic, personable, highly motivated, and have solid technical, computer and organizational skills and the ability to work remotely in a satellite office. 
  • Position requires regional (New York) travel. 
  • Established client base includes multiple City, State and Federal agencies.
  • Project locations include college and university campuses, K-12 schools, correctional facilities, state and county government office buildings, etc.
  • Paid training for Project Designer, Lead Inspector and/or Mold Assessor is available to candidates that meet the minimum job requirements.
  • Good growth potential with established AE firm.

HR Specialist (Buffalo)

  • Detail oriented self-starter with strong problem solving and excellent communication skills.
  • Individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. 
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and be flexible while managing administrative support. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Comfortable with new computer software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience.

Electrical Engineer (Buffalo)

  • Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Knowledge and working understanding of AutoCAD.
  • 5+ years of experience in the design of building systems including electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm and communication systems for health care facilities, schools, and residential buildings. Prior consulting experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and a knowledge of BIM/Revit applications a plus!

  • Asbestos, lead, haz mat certifications helpful but not required   
  • 0-3 years’ experience
  • Ability to operate in a professional and team oriented work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point

Senior Ecologist (Buffalo)

  • At least 5 years of experience in wetland delineations in the Great Lakes/NYS Region
  • Prior experience managing projects/staff
  • Experience managing clients
  • Experience preparing reports and writing proposals
  • Experience in environmental planning /permitting
  • NEPA documentation
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional deductive reasoning skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • AutoCAD
  • GIS
  • Strong technical/analytical skills

Asbestos Project Manager (NYC)

  • New York State Professional Engineer (PE) or Licensed Architect
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive asbestos. lead-based paint, PCB caulk and Universal Waste design experience
  • Position requires a current NYSDOL asbestos designer certificate
  • Highly experienced and professional with exceptional technical, computer and organizational skills
