As a civil engineer, Tim has been an integral part of the transportation group for over 18 years. His passion is bridge design and construction; it’s in his blood. His father, Russ, spent his entire career building bridges in western New York and just prior to his retirement he worked on a bridge that Tim helped design - a very special moment for both of them.
