Jeanette Koch, PE has been promoted to Highway Department Manager and Principal. Over her 25-year career with Watts, Jeanette has consistently delivered complex transportation projects while building strong client relationships and mentoring the next generation of engineers. In her new role, she will continue driving the growth and success of our highway, transportation, traffic, drainage, utility, and stormwater services.
