**In the Field Fridays**
September 12, 2025
We're showcasing more of our Regulated Building Materials team, specifically from our own Bill Coyle. Bill's been working in the field all over the state this summer. We previously shared some of his photos from the Senate Chambers at the New York State Capitol building.
Today we're featuring another one of his stops from SUNY Ulster, conducting a pre-renovation regulated building materials survey and abatement design for a roof, fascia, and window replacement project on the campus at John Burroughs Hall. They might not be the most glamorous shots, but the work is critical for the safe replacement of these features.
Fun facts: the building was named after John Burroughs, an American naturalist active in the conservation movement in the US. Burroughs lived in Ulster County for many years. The building houses math and science classrooms and labs at the college. (https://www.sunyulster.edu/)
Stay tuned for more interesting perspectives from our field teams!
