Watts Participates in 2024 United Way's Day of Caring to Support Urban Christian Ministries
June 18, 2024
At this year’s Day of Caring through Buffalo’s United Way, Watts had the pleasure of meeting the group at Urban Christian Ministries (UCM) and their programming. Members of Watts’ team, including Tim Major, Lisa Mies, Jessica Begiers, Rob Frazer, Shawn Marshall, Falena Harris, Leah Kiblin, and Jessie Henschel, contributed their Tuesday morning to help paint, organize, and clean-up the UCM spaces. The UCM team, Rev Denise Walden-Glenn, David, Chris, Marilynn, Roxanne, were warm and welcoming. Even as the day commenced with thunderstorms and buckets of rain, spirits were nothing but sunny all day. Thank you to everyone that came out and made the time to make someone else’s day.
