Welcome to Watts, Gabriel Preston!

Gabriel Preston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo.  He joins Watts from a local consulting firm where he worked on various civil/site/utility design projects and conducted stormwater site-inspections.  Gabriel’s first assignment will be to assist in the preparation of work zone traffic control plans for a NYS Thruway Authority project to rehabilitate I-90 from I-290 to I-190.  Welcome Gabriel!
