Justin K. Kellogg, QEP

Justin is a senior environmental engineer with over 23 years of experience in a broad variety of environmental work.  During his time at Watts he has performed numerous comprehensive NYSDOT air quality and noise analyses, NEPA and SEQR determinations, permitting, SWPPP/SPDES design, FHWA surface and groundwater pollutant loading modeling, HW assessments/remediations, energy analysis studies, GIS mapping projects, design of compensatory mitigation wetlands, and numerous other environmental investigations and reporting.  Justin seeks out projects that require creative solutions.
