Justin is a problem solver who enjoys diving into details and formulating creative solutions.  He is a Senior Environmental Engineer with 30 years of experience in a broad variety of environmental and engineering related work.  He has performed numerous comprehensive NYSDOT noise analysis and air quality studies, Hazardous Waste/Contaminated Material Assessments, NEPA and SEQR determinations/permitting, SWPPP/SPDES design, FHWA surface and groundwater pollutant loading modeling, Section 1424(e) aquifer characterization, ESC plans, flood plain studies and analyses, energy analysis studies, GIS mapping projects, design of compensatory mitigation wetlands, environmental audits, SPCC plans, drainage design, green infrastructure, civil/site design, and numerous other NYSDOT Design Report environmental chapter investigations and reporting.
