As an engineer, Phil enjoys solving real-world problems through the application of engineering and the excitement of seeing projects progress from conception, to design, into construction and ultimately operation.  He also takes pleasure from the teamwork associated with civil projects and the interaction and collaboration with clients, the public and other design professionals.
