Robert J. Frazer, RLA

Rob is a talented Civil Engineer and a Registered Landscape Architect (in the state of New York), bringing over 27 years of experience to the table. At Watts, he wears many hats—serving as a project manager, lead designer, and construction administrator. 

A proud graduate of the University at Buffalo, Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, he has sharpened his expertise through his experiences with creating dynamic outdoor spaces, with particular experience on pedestrian-friendly designs for sports fields, parks, greenspaces, and the integration of infrastructure like buildings and roads.

When he’s not busy at Watts, Rob loves spending time outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or simply enjoying nature with his family.
