Victoria K. Coners, EIT

Victoria is a project engineer experienced in transportation/highway design including design phases, construction administration, and construction inspection. With nearly 8 years of experience, Victoria is a well-rounded, detail-oriented engineer with focus in complete streets; ADA-compliant facilities; bicycle facilities; pavement and grading; traffic signals; street lighting; utilities; signage and pavement markings; cost estimation; and design reports. Her signature projects include the City of Buffalo’s Downtown Entertainment District Project (W. Chippewa St., Franklin St., & Court St.), and the City of Buffalo’s Bailey Avenue Complete Street Project. When she’s not designing streetscapes for our communities, Victoria (also known as Tori) enjoys hiking with her dog, painting, and eating good food. 

Tori is also a member of ITE (Institute of Transportation Engineers).
