Construction Inspection & Administration

Our team at Watts—the architects, engineers, and technicians who co-authored the designs—oversees the construction inspection and administration for the vast majority of our projects. Ultimately, we provide project documentation—not to mention peace of mind—that initial designs are accurately constructed, upholding the integrity of the design, as well as assuring the intended longevity and safety.

We have provided construction inspection for our client partners since 1994, including the review of submittals, applications for payment and change orders, requests for information, as well as responding to questions and resolving conflicts.
