At Watts, we design and maintain K–12 learning environments that stimulate young and developing minds. Our in-depth understanding of local, state, and federal codes combined with an appreciation for districts’ multitude of educational philosophies that address varied goals, including “any place, any time” learning; green construction; flexible buildings; safety and security; building maintenance; and more.

Through a multi-tier approach, we first engage the district representatives to understand their perspectives on the direction for future development, as well as what research exists and what goals need to be met. From there, we assess the building’s available resources, layouts, and configurations and align them with the school’s unique mission and specific goals.
