Observation Services for Public and Private Improvements – Town of Amherst

Under a term agreement with the Town of Amherst, Watts provided construction inspection/ certification of various Public Improvement Permit projects. In these projects, the Town is inheriting ownership and maintenance responsibility for infrastructure elements such as roads, water lines, and sewer lines that are constructed as part of a private development. Watts represented the Town’s interests during construction by ensuring that these infrastructure elements are constructed to their specifications, ultimately certifying to the Town that the construction was performed properly.
Various new construction types have been inspected including large subdivisions, retail construction and street extensions.
