Watts provided design, construction cost estimate, and construction administration services to replace the existing emergency call center for the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Building at the Greater Buffalo Niagara

The existing command center was relocated to a larger location to accommodate the new systems.  Design included specialized command-center workstation furniture, phone system consolidation, replacement of computer screens with touch screens, relocation of all communications equipment and Simplex fire alarm system into a new communications room and HVAC systems for the new communications room.

Watts also provided architectural and structural design of new vestibule addition.
